this prob is from last week after the ups problem came
sometimes when the pc is loading windows ,it doesnt stop loading it continues / my ups had a problem last week and it has solved .this happens when i change the setting in bios and restart . the windows loading stripes are moving everytime .it forces me to restart .so i push the restart button .then im selecting start windows normally in the question apears . then the pc is booting correctly

why is this ?

UPS problem happened : It gives power through the output always .even when i off the output .so i charged it for 24 h and then the prob is solved

is this a bad board ?

i mean when the windows starts loading ,(those strips are moving to right) that loading doesnt stop . it continues then after i restarted and selected the option : START windows normally : then the booting is OK

the booting animation animates forever

that "stripe " is called the loading bar lol seeing stripes normally means something with vidio card

and hanging thier sounds like it's not totaly stable voltage wize ....on mine be it cpu or ram or nb something is not perfect

just keep at it and you will get it

Which setting? It sounds as though you have set an unstable setting during your overclocking attempt, memory timings or voltage perhaps?

Maybe an OS problem. Did you try reformatting it?
