the other PSU im thinkin to buy is the power & cooling 850w.. but 50DBA in full load is freak :rolleyes:

Who said it was bad? It's right at the edge of what that platform is capable of, but it's not bad. On the other hand, it can't compete with the PC P&C 860W or Antec Signature either, because those two units are on a whole other level.

Very good Enhance built unit. Sort of a cousin to the Antec Truepower Quattro and NorthQ Giant Connector and Giant Reactor units. I'd put them somewhere in between the Thermaltake and PC P&C/Antec.

pc p&c 850 is the supreme in 850w category.. but in load the acustic suck,, 50dba :/

I don't know - the Antec Signature is such a strong contender I really doubt the PC P&C is any better of a unit. It's certainly not quieter - I have the 850W right next to me as I type this and I can't hear it. I'd love a chance to compare them, but PC P&C never sends us at jonnyGURU.com review samples and I can't afford to just go buy one for testing.

Delta OEM's the Signature for Antec. They are one of the best OEM's on the planet IMO, along with Zippy and Win-Tact (aka PC P&C Turbocool).
