Need advice for DDR3 BIOS settings... My S-Pi is very bad and i think that's related to DDR3 timings.
I have a pair of Kingston Hyperx DDR3 1800MHz on white slots, VDimm: below 2.0V (about 1.99V)

A bit more information would be useful. Try opening memset and then printscreen. I'm thinking your PL sucks or it's just not the best tweaked windows around;) If you didn't tweak you shouldn't compare your scores to others cause there's a big chance they did.
If you didn't: try using ramdisk, that alone can improve your score a lot.

ya gendo me thinks pl has a lot to do with it also
also use a bench only harddrive with os and nessities only tweeked on it helps loads

Tweaked but PL was 10... Messed with sub timings and PL i think...
8-8-8-24-74-10-22-20-7-tRTP 6-1T others auto. GTL-0: +2

What BIOS are you using? Try G28/G30,much better results. And try 7-7-7-16-10-52-17-16-3-3 or even 6-6-6... Do you know what chips are on that kingston? With 4x1gb Crucial ballistix I can do 1700 7-6-5-7-49-15-15-1-2-2 with 1.9v vdimm and 1.25v nb...

I have G30 BIOS and waiting for P06, don't know that chips (elpida?) but need some extra juice for better timings (2.2V?) I also want to try new HyperX T1 series.
1700 7-6-5-7-49-15-15-1-2-2 is fine but i wil try 7-7-7-16-10-52-17-16-3-3
