Yes, it's time I unveiled my next toy in the works...

Most of this will be drop in. What I'm doing is redoing the FFVII:AC PC, with an ATX version of the case, new handmade watercooling, and some seriously better hardware. It will be used to watch movies, play emulators, and most importantly to clock blind testing my new WC blocks as I develop them.

Plans include a 4x120 radiator courtesy of Koolance for the CPU/GPU loop, and the chipsets and HDD controllers will be handled by a custom made passive radiator.

With no further ado, let's see some pics...

Well this sort of build is one we do not see often so I'm interested in to watching how you tackle this. :)

A box shows up, smells like fish. Inside...

Everything starts with a good board, and for this it's the best 939 board ever made- the Sapphire PURE Innovation PI-RX480. All the speed of a DFI but capable of passive running on the chipsets, better VRM and WHITE.

Special thanks to chew* for getting me this board. We had a lot of fun with these back in the day, we did.

zomggg Kayin, you're insane.

NOT Cu? are you gonna use Al? Or something even more nutty?

I don't really expect this question to be answered, but I guess time will tell. Interesting stuff here.
