I dont know if this is common knowledge or not so i will post it anyway.
so i was bored last night while playing fallout 3 so i started screwing around and discovered something odd. If you pick up a small object "small crate outside of megaton works the best that i have found but others work as well" you can use it to pick up npc's and move them where ever you want
all you have to do is pick it up and slowly try to wedge it under their feet and then move the analog up and you can then move them around. i even managed to move a caravan brahmin and get it to stand on top of me...untill the caravan left :( i will try to get some screen shots if i can

Edit: the reason i posted this here is because i dont have the other too versions of the game so i dont know if it works on ps3 or pc

I've played through the game and wasn't aware you can grab objects.
Strange that the ability to manipulate things actually has no implementions in the game.

Wasn't there a bug in Oblivion where you could put and object underneath your feet and "fly"?

actually grabbing things does have a purpose. There are crates on shelves in the game that contain hidden items (nuka cola quantum, stimpacks)
