i have a website questions.......


here is the scenario,,

i have a website in my name. anotherwords its like www.johnwhaever.com

how can i get MAJOR traffic to my website through yahoo/google etc...... search engines


i want people to get my website as one of the first picks on the list on page 1 when searching ????? or how can i set up more domains and have them all lead to this main website ?????

like if someone typed in www.georgianhomes.com it would lead them to my web site at www.johnwhaever.com


i know its a little confusing, forgive my rather bad explanation !

You gotta "attract" their bots to crawl on your site...

Best way is if you put google adsense ads on your site.

but anyway you canactually submit your site to search engines with a description etc so people looking for a certain topic will find your site. With the domains personally I owuldnt buy other ones just ones with different endings .co.uk, .com. org etc although each have their own purpose. Remember if a person can prove they are more entitled to a domain then they can claim it from you if they want to.

what about those services that you pay for monthly,,, that basically all they do is plug your website into every possible search engine with meta tags and other means ???????????
