whenever i try to get into a server for bf1942mpdemo i ALWAYS get a bad connection and i keep getting the connection problems detected message
PAIN IN THE @$$
then to make it worse i lose connecton alot i have a 1.5mbps connection!

You need to get the patches for it to work right. If I remember correctly, you should be able to find them here (http://bf42.com/)

That's yer problem. Download the LATEST demo from their site, or go by the game. The servers are generally tailored with modpacks for ppl that have bought the game. From a bare install there's at least a few hundred Mb's of patches to install to get a decent game...

but last nite i was playing the game with a low ping(i look for one always) and i had no problems without changeing anything now what is it? just those certain bad servers or what?
