Hello

This is sort of a warranty question.

I have 2x Dual channel kits (F2-6400CL4D-2GBHK - 4-4-3-5@2.1v - 1Gb x4)

I cant these kits to run at stock setting when in 4GB mode on my Gigabyte GA-X38-Ds5(-F3 bios) motherboard. I have been running them in auto mode (5-5-5-15@2.1v) and then last week the first kit I bought in january 2008 died (and I RMA'd with 'MemoryC' today).

My question is what settings do I need to use to get these two kits to work correctly in 4Gb mode.. Or if its not possble (which it should do!) what options via G.skill do I have..? (eg swap both kits for a 2GBx2 kit etc)

thanks

biker

NB - using later version bios's makes the motherboard unstable when overclocked, eg cant even manage 400FSB with 200d divider and mem at stock in 2GB mode.
