Well, I'm not sure if anybody recalls my benching station worklog that I never finished. Well, this is supposed to be it, without the benching station.

Also, thank you for a project name, NaeKuh!

The computer specifications are:

Asus P5W DH Deluxe
Corsair XMS2 DHX 6400-C4 4GB
Seagate 160 GB 7200.10
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300
GeCube X1950XT 512MB
Kingwin Mach II 520W Modular PSU

Again, the parts are like salt and pepper, but I haven't had any issues with any so far. The motherboard is in RMA right now as I think I broke it without any visible damage (heard big crack while putting tubes on.)

The water cooling parts:

Swiftech MCR220 G3/8 Thread
Swiftech DDC1 9W with Alphacool Top
Swiftech Apogee GTZ
Swiftech Micro-Res
Yate Loon High
MasterKleer 7/16" ID
Thermaltake Bigwater SE Radiator
Thermaltake Bigwater SE Pump
Thermaltake AT3 GPU Waterblock
Thermaltake Bigwater SE 5.25" Bay reservoir
Thermaltake 1/4" Tubes

Again, more salt and pepper configurations.

It started out like this.

It slowly moved to this.
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/HAF932004.jpg
Had to find a way to route wires into the case and came up with this.
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/HAF932008.jpg
I finished my GPU loop with Thermaltake parts. Yes, that is a Danger Den MC-TDX . . . which I later returned to MicroCenter for a Apogee GTZ. :p:
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/HAF932019.jpg
Moving on, I bought a Apogee GTZ and here is that installed.
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/A006.jpg
I routed the whole thing and had a bunch of people telling me to push the tubes on . . . and one comment to use Viagra.
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/B005.jpg
Well, it turns out my radiator is leaking mostly due to this.
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/th_DSCN1325.jpg (http://s104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/?action=view&current=DSCN1325.flv)
During that time, I took apart the whole computer for many reasons. I did order G3/8 to G1/4 adapters which are shown in the video, and during this time I found out my motherboard was also broken. I bought some parts and did some cleaning up in the mean time.
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/DSCN1320.jpg
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/DSCN1319.jpg
As a fix reccomended by hellcamino, I decided to put JB Weld on the plastic barbs to seal it up. I did this for 2 reasons. A) I will not deface my shiny BitsPower adapters B) The plastic barbs still fit tighter than the adapters.

Now, I am stuck here waiting for my motherboard to come back from RMA. Once I get my motherboard back, I will resume the project based on my high school schedule.

You were putting tubes while the CPU block was mounted on the MB? If the tubes fit hard, never do this! (:

You should really get rid of those Thermaltake tubing,
They are horrible and will deteriorate on bends that are sharp/over bent and will leak when they do.
Cost me a motherboard on a HTPC once, get rid of those asap.
If you want them 6mm tubes, there are other options.

I really don't think anything will happen with my Thermaltake loop besides a pump giving out. None of the bends are sharp and it is doing a fine job at cooling my GPU.

Yes, throw whatever you want towards me on the Thermaltake part of my build, especially used computer parts. I dare you.

No need to get testy, I am giving you first hand experience here.
You don't want it? That's fine, just don't give me lip please.

Sorry, that was supposed to be a joke. I guess it came out more serious than I thought it would've.

It's ok, just humor me and get 10 bucks of new tubing, I'll even pay for it if needed.
I just hate their tubing, and I actually remember it happened twice to me.
I had those on my HDD's when I didn't have money for anything else.

That (thank god) didn't wreck anything.
I think it happened in the same week, the HTPC was from my ex so atleast it didn't cost me anything.
I'd hate to see it wrecking your PSU or worse your HDD's.

Good luck on your build regardless.

Time to start with a clean slate.

A small update while still waiting for my RMA on the motherboard. Tried to clean up the top, it sorta worked.
Original.

During the cleaning.

Second clean.

Final shots.

I guess you can't see that much of a difference on camera, but with some angles, it is much clearer.

I am 99.9% done!
This came in today. Time to start re-building!

With waterblock and RAM installed. Was smart and put the tubes on before installing the waterblock, reduces the risk of having the same problem happen again.
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/I003.jpg
Motherboard in case.

Close-up on how the pump is mounted to the radiator. Very close fit, and barely used any of my UN Designs brackets.
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/I008.jpg
What was left of the brackets. Looks like a throne. I didn't plan of it this way, I just took the pump mount off after the whole mount didn't fit.
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/I009.jpg
Almost there....
http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/MINIzguy/HAF932/I010.jpg
And GREAT SUCCESS! Yes I know, push those tubes on... Also notice the great fan shroud I made using painters tape

Onto leak testing. Judgement day is coming. The only thing now is sabotage or just a leaky fitting. I'm crossing everything I got.

And another failure update.

Before the re-route, the computer booted up fine. Now, the HD is dead. Either my Kingwin is killing all these PSU's or that it's consistent bad HD's from Seagate.
