Wanted know how tight you guys tighten down the compression nut..Is Hand tight enough...First time Iam gonna use these so want all my bases covered..

Just tight it until you find good resistance, they don't need to 'close' as they do without tubes.
I am lso using those for the first time on tough places like reservoir, pwm block etc with no leaks at all. The Blue Thread locker from Super Glue or Loctite is also great I would recommend that stuff for any ppl who are doing their loops again. They give you huge security and it's easy to add on each thread. I had to redo GPU loop after the locker dried out and a little bit of strength will brake the seal very easy. It's entirely safe to the loop lso, no goop's or debris left behind.
