1 loop only,
example series swiftech:

360-cpu - 220 - gpu - res - pump

from my limited knowledge i would say the swifty setup is better. the one 360 switfty is going to be within a few C of the one pa3.120, you add the mcr220 to the loop and it will have better performance, i believe.

i'm guessing money is a factor and you have to chose between two cheaper swifty rads and a single TC rad?

The Swiftech triple is only 0,5 -2 K (depending on fans) away from the Thermochill, so the answer is clear. The PA120.3 is not able to compensate the difference of 2 additional fans and additional radiator surface ...

I will have to agree with others and confirm that the 2 Swiftech radiators will be better than a TC assuming you don't have a problem fitting both in your case. The extra 2 fans will help a lot.

i used cosmos case, plan to put 360 rad above the motherboard, and 240 rad below ,
yes swiftech 45 + 55 $ = 100$ - swiftech set up
thermochill 120.3 = 134$

swiftech set up is much cheaper also with great performance,.

any other loop set up youl recommend for swiftech set-up

Always go for higher surface area first.

So sorry, but mind if i ask, for TS's single loop, would a MCP355 w/ a XSPC ResTop be sufficient to give the loop enough flow? Would the 2nd rad cause any major restriction?

As long as you stay above 1 GPM, it's not really a issue.
