Is their client as easy to use as Boinc??? I have not tried this project, or actually any non-boinc project...except 17 or bust.

It's pretty easy to use. I just installed it on another computer. I am using their mulitcore launcher version. The default is set for 2 cores. Need to go in the laucher.config file to set it to something else if needed. When starting it for 1st time it will ask for user info. In the task bar it shows up as a little trafic light signal. If right click on that can set priority and memory use. There are no other paramters to set.

Why it's simplicity itself. Just install & config VMWare Linux version, load a small WinOS, install NET 1.1 & 2.0, install Wieferich, and you're running as smooth as a baby's bottom.

Can't blame WINE, but I do wish coders would stop being lazy and using MS NET libs all the time or just not bothering to compile a Linux text/console version. Except for the Amiga GUI ones, every program I've written is cross platform compilable. :comp10:

I justed started up 7 mores cores on this.

Maybe someday I'll have to give the VMWare Linux a try.

Your going to miss our fun. I added more on it yesterday so I could have more fun. I had a spare vista64 so I converted a linux box to windows to run this.

Happy running XtremeSystems team.:banana2:

We passed the Knights today in Wieferich. It gave as a nice little bump in the Vault.
