how hard are they to use so they dont snap off while ur comps up n running?

I'd advise against them, unless you can fasten them with something (electrical tape, even). They are notorious for snapping off and/or causing shorts, killing hardware.

Yes and no... It IS, but RMAing stuff is annoying. ;)
Also, if you know what you are doing, you can desolder things to look like they are completely untouched. Solder is not permanent like epoxy. ;)
