WOW, i might be interested in one since it has port options.

Dean u care to send skinnee a sample to have him test it? :D
It would help sales a lot if skinnee gives it a thumbs up.

I've been in contact with Koolance, I want to know what the numbers come out to be on this top. I like the multiport options, but if you look at the inside, there might be some serious performance drawbacks to using the outlet port on the face and the inlet on the top. Purely speculation, but I want to test this thing compared to the other tops that are coming out.

Damn, at that price, you could almost buy a second pump. I think I'd rather have the second pump.

what if we were to use a few Y fittings and use both ports, wouldnt that in theory give better flow?

I had Martin test the top outlet on the original Koolance DDC top and IIRC, it was a significant drop in flow/pressure (wish I could remember how much), I think the numbers got tossed because he didn't like the way something turned out and he didn't do that test again (again, IIRC). I'd suspect this top is similar in that respect.

Now if they could just learn that 60 dollars is to damn much for a top..... we're not all made out of money like RRR

Consider it an investment for them to learn how to make copper/brass rads.

Well good on them. At least they aim at all markets unlike TT.

The EK top has multiple options and is almost half the price. And if you want a really good top the Detroit D5 top is supposed to actually increase performance and again is almost half the cost.

Yup, I am still trying to get other pump tops for the round-up, some companies are not very responsive to an independent tester/review asking for a review sample.
