Gaming (watercooling as well)
I like simple. Nothing "gamer" looking.
Budget? Up to 300.00 US
Space? No problem
Wife? Nope! :)

You might want to consider a PC-A70. You can place a 120 x 2 radiator in front with no modding at all. Just need to take out the harddrive cage. That's what I did, although I did cut a 1" hole on top for a fillport. There is plenty of room internally for the placement of pump(s), reservoir(s), etc.

+1 for the V2000. It's a great case with a lot of space and it's sleek. Sort of reminds me of the Mac Pro :yepp:

I dunno, I just found the images on their website heh. I'll post the image directory below. I can't believe someone would want this case though. It looks like a giant blue vacuum cleaner or linksys router.

I think it would look better in someone elses' house.

In another country.

On a different continent.

In a box, under a desk, behind a closed door so they wouldn't have to look at it either.

Seriously, Lian Li usually makes some of the most simple, understated, and classy looking cases. This must be from their new "Hallucinations & Nightmares" line.

And WTF is that thing on the top? Is it a handle so it's easier to take it to the dumpster?

The worst part about the 888 is that it will likely cost $450 too...

Inspiration much? Lian Li Designer obviously ran out of ideas, so he starts to copy buildings! I want to see a replica of the guggenheim museum in Bilbao! Woot!

That's one fine looking photo. I'm not sure about the building but the photo just "looks good".

A70/71 are most balanced in general.
A7x10 serie has acoustically bad HDD mounting and 7110's door is acoustically impotent. (doesn't block direct noise escape path)
B70/71 are more of noise leak/bling bling and slightly bigger intake fans might not help at all because of lack of mid case fans behind HDD cage. (also can't take BS-03/06 PCI cooling kits)
Dual chambered A10/20 and V1x10/2x10 again need reserving most 5.25" bays as intake so in reality they don't have much device bays. (also chambers don't allow free cabling)
P80's intake fans are sandwiched tighly between two restricting meshes and if you open that travesty of door case looses intake. (+ PSU in hot place) A77 doesn't have those restrictions.

Agreed...I removed the mesh and have the 140's pushing on the 3 120's pulling on the PA120.3.....works out quite nicely:up:

The PSU mounted upside down has no problems..I am running a BFG 1200 with no issues!:yepp:

Hey guys, what Lian-Li case is most suitable for water cooling? I mean internal radiator placing with minor changes

i just ordered the A77 for watercooling. It has lots of space but it depends on how big of a radiator you want to put in it. A double or triple will fit in the front without modding and you can get an extra top panel that has mounting holes for a double or triple 120 rad. Im going to be cutting holes in the bottom for a quad rad.

the P80 also is good for liquid because you can throw a quad rad in the drive bays with no modding at all

Mr Orange742, Sniipe DoGG, thanks for input guys
Actually my favourite Lian-Lis are A77 and P80 :) so I'm deciding between them
Is it necessary to ventilate rad if it is placed in front of P80? there are stock fans in the door...

I would, I am using the 140's on the front door to push and have 3 120's on the back side of TC pulling. Seems to work out just fine. You can keep the fans very quiet this way.

Lian li v2000, just stick some risers underneath your v2000 and you can have an intake source.

Also, the pc a70/a71 with one of the tops that can house a 2x120 or 3x120 would be another option because you can stick another 2x120 down by the hard drive cages.

ok, I'm about to order P80 :)
How stock front fans are connected to controller? I mean 3 or 4-pin, because I'd like to change them and keep connected to controller
