I've lurked these forums for some time during and before my first build. Now my second build is coming up and while the pc parts are likely to change, very little will for the water setup. I'll have a Feser 480 and 240 which would cool a (probably overclocked) quad, nb, sb, mosfets, and two gtx 260s in sli. I was thinking of putting the quad on its own loop with the 240 and everything else with the 480 but don't know if that would be best.

I would do it the same way as you. Put the cpu on the dual, everything else on the quad radiator. You'll have good temps on everything.

For ease of tubing, I would probably do CPU and NB on the 240, and then the GTX260s and SB on the 480.

Keep the tubing simple... keeps you from running a NB > SB tube cluttering up your videocards. Makes it easier to remove the cards if you need to as well - you only need to take down one loop instead of two.
