would a single mcr320 be able to handle a gtx260 and a q6600 clocked @ 3.6 to 3.8ghz?

Sure will.

Yea it willhandle them. I just don't like putting graphics cards and CPUs together in a loop, from the viewpoint that the GPUs heat dump affects water temps and thus limits CPU overclockability. I wouldn't worry though, 3.6GH/z isn't exactly a 'MASSIVE XTREME OMGWTFBBQ' overclock and if you are not overclocking you GPU it should give you pretty decent temps.

i had my 8800gt with my e3110 at 4.15 and it was under 60c and my gpu maxed out about 40c

I'd expect about the same, possibly a little higher temps for the quad (considering although it is a quad your clocks will be much less)

Yeah it should handle them just fine.

i was only had a core wb for the GT, which ill most likely do with the gtx260 i picked up cheap, i really didnt want to pay 300 for a gfx card. lol

My MCR320 is handling a Phenom 9950BE (140w version) overclocked to 3.2ghz with 1.55v core and a 4870 in the loop as well. 35c Idle 46c dual orthos load. Yate loon SM fans. So Im pretty sure it will handle your setup just fine, especially if its a cooler running G0 stepping.

Depends on cpu block and fans..
My x3210 at 3600 runs hot as hell, even with a sole mcr320 on it.

No you got something wrong then.
Wrong temp report or bad mount or something.

B3's run very hot.
I've had multiple blocks on this cpu.. gone through maybe 20 mounts.

Oh a B3 ok. I have the GO.
What are the temps? Are the B3,s that much hotter?

Come october 21st when intel releases tjmax of 65nm, may find out B3 runs 10C cooler than coretemp suggests... from wrong tjmax. On 45nm, a tcase of 10C lower (higher tdp) equates to tjmax of 10C lower. B3 has tcase 10C lower than GO...suggesting B3 may be running 10C cooler than coretemp suggests. see specs for 45nm vs similar for 65nm

probably a little on the warm side of things. probably a good idea to use 2000rpm fans for some headroom.

i'll have mine with a PA120.3 & .2 and a big pump or 2 pumps...

I went through similar situation last year and kept testing pics, but with oced duo:
PA 120.3 cooling 8800 ultra and E6850 OCed to 3.9 1.475v bios

Using nexus fans at 1000 rpms for silence:
TAT 30 mins load with ambient 26C = 74C
http://img376.imageshack.us/my.php?image=e6850tat30mins39003fanswi3.jpg

Changed to scythe S flex 1200 rpms, (better for silence as the slightly increased air whoosh sound just drowned out pump sound)
TAT 30 mins with ambient 26C = 71C
http://img393.imageshack.us/my.php?image=e6850tat30mins5fans3900ru6.jpg

Then with Ultra unplugged (air cooled vid card) still Scythe fans 1200,
TAT 30 mins with ambient 26C = 65C
http://img393.imageshack.us/my.php?image=e6850tat30mins5fansnoulmz6.jpg

non-pictured, later used yates 1300 rpms and with ultra removed from loop including restrictive wb instead of just unplugged load temps were 63C.
