I'm having the hardest time getting these sticks stable. I've memtested the hell out of them and they appear to be fine. But roughly 50% of the time, I hang at the end of the XP boot sequence. I'm running a Q6600 at 3.4 with the latest BIOS (1406). All stress tests come back clean (both CPU and memory, run independently), its just this weird boot problem I'm experiencing. My previous G Skill 2x2048 memory had no issues.

Here are my current settings. Anything I need to tweak?
