Is there a way to set it up so that whatever threads I post to it automatically subscribes me to that thread? Not whatever threads I create, but the ones that I just randomly post to.

USER CP ----> Edit Options ----> Use "Email Notification" for threads I've participated in

Change this to yes and your sorted :toast:

At the bottom of each thread is a little box with the option to subscribe to the thread!

Note however, if you use this post reply box on the bottom of each page, it alone will not subscribe you to it. All it does is post up a "quick reply". As Hardass said, on the bottom, there is a subscribe to thread and if you mix that with what CCW said, email notification, youll know it alls. ;)

You can even subscribe to forums sol you get notified as soon as something is posted in there, personally, I just use the "View New Posts" button in the "Welcome" bit. This will show you all new threads and posts in older threads since your last visit.
