Anyone good with UML?

I need a diagram in UML showing the relations between:
project, resources, work, work packet, task, project function.
I did some UML diagrams before, but tbh I don't understand much. I would be very grateful if someone would be willing to help me with this :)

I've always found this link helpful when creating relationships. http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rsmhelp/v7r0m0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.xtools.modeler.doc/topics/rreltyp.html other then that just pop open visio if you have it create the relations as best you can. It doesn't seem like you're modeling an actual software system so I'm sure your diagram is open to some interpretation based on who reads it.
