I got bored this weekend (still waiting for my water kit to arrive) and decided to try pushing above 400fsb again now that the weather has got a bit colder.

I'm running prime95 at 416x8, but I've noticed that Prime95's Worker 2 thread doesn't seem to do much. It hasn't crashed, but most of the lines in the prime95 output are for workers 1,3 and 4. Why is this? Is core #2 running slowly for some reason?

I've attached the output from p95 so far, it's been running for a couple of hours.

Settings are:

vcore: 1.375v
vdroop: on
vNB: 1.46 (1.5 real)
vtt: 1.35
vdimm: 1.99 (2.04 real)
PLL: 1.58v
SB: default
NB GTL: +1
CPU GTL: 10,5,10,10

Memory is at 1.32 divider, below stock MHz and at stock timings.

This is with a Q9450 and 2 x 2GB 1600mhz G Skill PI sticks

I've noticed the same thing. One core might be few lines behind the other 3 cores. I have also seen SS posts showing the same thing. I just chalked it up to thread handling priority. Good to see you caught the app that was slowing the core down.
