Last saturday we got invited by foxconn to do some overclocking at the HCC regional days in the netherlands.

it was a lot of fun hanging around with all those "older" people and answering some of their questions :ROTF:

We where showing people what overclocking is, and how to do it. Ofcourse i look smoking hot in my quantum force shirt :up:

Uuuhm well what can I say?:p:

I had a good time that day:D Not really good overclocking results cause the Q9450 topped out at around 485 fsb and the 4870 had some driver issues:confused: So we had to go with a 9800gtx which resulted in 17451 3dmarks06:(

Considering we only had 5 hours of black ops experience we didnt even do that bad and we made people happy by explaining what overclocking is. That's all the day was about really :)

Sup Bart (loc.o),

We didn't get any real results as we didn't know this board long enough to do anything good with it.

At the moment Bart (gendo) is overclocking with the blackops and he's getting some nice results from it: http://www.hwbot.org/user.do?userId=15527

All E8600 results are on the black ops.

We are definently not done with the board yet. 2nd 4870 is on it's way so that we can do cf 4870.

Actually...what he was trying to say....All 4870x2 results are with the Blackops...But that's still air testing. So far I've got 580x7 on air. Still more testing to do as I'm sure the board has still got some more juice to squeeze out of it. I'm beginning to like this board more and more:D I'm still hoping it'll amaze me by doing 600 on air.:P

Hopefully I'll have some more dice again soon, so I can really test the fsb and get some 4870x2 action going:)

yeah i guess you could have used an athlon xp system, they wouldnt know the difference :lol:

Yeah I know, I'm already working settings similar to his. He got to 595 on air. My old maximus 2 formula did 575x7 on air and the blackops already does 580x7 so far so it already beats the m2f:D And it slaughters it when it comes to performance/efficiency:D

I'm beginning to see what people mean by "this board has to grow on you":D
