View Full Version : G30 and QX9650 multiplier problem

Deam Black OPS! With 2 X 4870X2 and G30 BIOS CrossFire is working, but my QX9650 can go higher than 9 multiplier. When I use older BIOS higher (such BIOS from Foxconn site) multiplier work ok, but CF do not work, what to do?

Multi-adjust works here in G30, but i do not have both 4870x2, just one ATM.

what rev. of QX9650 is working....here with me on c1 rev. I can't go with multi over 9 ,I put 10 or more in bios...when I boot It writes 10*fsb but when i get into win there stays 9 multi( cpuz 1.47 )

I have C0...maybe that might have something to do with it, I am not sure.

I don't see how the stepping would have anything to do with it.
Just be patient for a new bios. It will come :)

I would like to have a normal setup then having to mess with multi for my QX9770 in windows :P
So please, get this fixed.

and checked it all and you still cant get the multipliers to stick?
they are gone as soon as you save and exit, or they work for the bootup but in windows they get set back to the default multi?
