I'll post pics after my camera battery (and I) recharge :p: All I can say is, it was a total blast from the time we landed until the time we left :up:

It was great hanging out the people I met before and meeting everyone that I hadn't...they need to do this like once a month :D

Here's one tidbit: according to Collin, we went through 1600-1750L during the event (emptied 10-11 tanks) :eek:

Yes to one at a time but at top left says "upload another image" and that will save a little time.

Well yeah, personally I would not use imageshack because of the pop-ups... very annoying. Anyway a good hosting site ;) will let you upload a bunch at one time, then you just cut and paste the links into your post.

Well, they've closed the airport so it's pretty big. I can tell you from our (South African guys) experience we were stuck in 101 for quite a while. At one point the top of one of the street lamps came flying past. Lots of tree's and branches were lying in the middle of the road. It's calmed down a lot now but unfortunatley too late for those of us who were planning on leaving today.

Extra night's accommodation ftl! :(

the typhoon is pretty strong though... too bad u were back early..
otherwise you could experience this special event as well;-)

btw, u made a pretty cool record of the times u took off ur tops in the clubs..

It's a strong one alright.

CNN is reporting that it's the strongest to make landfall in Taiwan this year with sustained winds of 118mph.

reports say its the worse storm to hit taiwan this year...

and ya i can vouch for that.. i was almost blown away in the wind.. plus spoiled an umbrella just mins out from my hotel..

so gave up with the umbrolli and met T_M. so we were running through the rain and wind and getting wet in the rain UNDER the shelter. thats how strong the wind is.. ur standing under shelter and still getting wet. haha~

Thanks to all overclockers and media. It was great to meet some new guys and meet the old friends at the same time. Of course, there is not enough time to talk as much I would like to. The parties were crazy in there. I have to apologise if my dancing left some traumas to some of you :rofl:

The thing is... I've always hated dancing, not to mention the music that people usually dance to in those kinds of joints. But once I realised that people are too drunk to give a :banana::banana::banana::banana: I figured I'd just as well make an ass out of myself by dancing, since noone would remember it the day after anyways... I thought. :D

It was great hanging out the people I met before and meeting everyone that I hadn't...they need to do this like once a month :D

Here's one tidbit: according to Collin, we went through 1600-1750L during the event (emptied 10-11 tanks) :eek:it was nice to meet you and others in person, really too bad freestyle was so short :D
it should have been an entire weekend of freestyle benching :hehe:

Wednesday:
originally hicookie told me wed night would be just a laid back dinner to welcome everybody, so me and shamino were invited. well... turns out its actually somewhat of gigaytes x58 launch and... i DO work for foxconn so there was some hassle :D

Again, big thanks to everybody at gigabyte and especially to hicookie for beeing cool and laid back about this and not as anal as ANUS :lol:

After making clear that i wouldnt want to see the x58 system even if theyd allow me to, chatting with the very friendly gigabyte people on-site and hicookie explaining the situation things worked out just fine. In the end i actually DID see the x58 demo but i stayed a good 2 meters away from it, and i didnt take any pics at all. business ethics, honor, call it what you want :P

As is to be expected, both X2's worked perfectly once i got them home, and so did the P45T board i brought from home that "died" midway.
Been working on RE fsb this week so expect to see more dual X2's this weekend :)

Good catch, there are about 9 typos that I will clear up in the morning. Typed some of this on the plane on the way home, and I wasn't at my sharpest :D

Nobody has confused anything, it's just that you had to call the team something, Sweden/Finland would've sounded bad. I'm pretty sure the nordic office was sure that SF3D is finnish and lives in Finland since they arranged his flight tickets. :)
