Does anyone here have any thermal pads left over from GPU stock coolers or anything? I need about half a dozen square thermal pads. 1/16" thick preferred, but I'll take 1/32" as well.

Thank you. :)

Thanks for the links guys, but I'm hoping to find someone on here that has some. I only have 2.63 or so in my paypal account to spend on em.

I'm just gonna hope that someone in the XS masses has a stock cooler lying around. I know there are quite a few. I just need the thermal pads from it.

Uh-Oh... I took my stock cooler off one time, and never put the pads back on, I just used some arctic silver... Did I do something wrong? Did that pretty recently and still have the card, just want to know if it's gonna explode or something.

You better stop using that video card asap. Chances are good that several memory chips are not making good contact with the stock heatsink. Also, AS5 is capacitive and is lethally dangerous on memory chips. You should be using AS Ceramique or MX2 on memory chips, and never AS5.

The video memory often doesn't show signs of heating initially, but progressively deteriorates over time. I would stopusingthat video card until you get some right pads on there.
