i need help to oc or upgrade a compaq 6720s

hallo.
i have now for near a year a HP compaq 6720s whit a intel celeron M 530 (merom) cpu @ 1,7ghz and 2gig ram @ 533mhz.
i like to oc it a bit or upgrade the cpu whit a other merom cpu.
like the Intel® Core 2 Duo T5250 (667 fsb) or T7500 , T7700 (800 fsb) cpu's .
but its my furst trai to oc or upgrade a lapi so i don't know how.
sisoft tels me thad the max fsb of the chipset is 800 mhz,so the T7500 or T7700 ar gone work on this lapi

how khan i know if my bios supports the 800fsb.how do i enter the bios.like a normal pc by hitting del at boot up or a other way

socket p chipsets support fsb800. it should say how to enter bios for a brief moment during post.
