It's kind of a late start in the month, I'm sorry I've been a little busy.
This is an interesting topic and it is also something I've never tried before, so it will either be fun or disastrous.
Rules this month:
1: You can post up to 5 Pics but only one will be chosen to vote on.
2: The winner of this months will get to pic next months topic.

You like my dust bunny friend on the lower right. I just noticed it in these pics. Time to clean.

Pretty much, you can probably get away with the fireworks preset if you can't manually drag the shutter speed

Define "dragged shutter" please.
Long exposure? How long? Camera on tripod or handheld?

Options are open. In the shots I took above the slowest was 1 second, while most of the others were 1/2-1/4. They were all handheld.
Let your creative juices flow.

Tried this last night, but it's probably in long exposure territory and it's stacked exposures
I don't really like it, I'll take it down later in the month when I shoot something better

Put camera on tripod. Shine flashlight to get focused. Set to long exposure (30 seconds at least), shine flashlight on area to light it a bit. Run and wave flashlight around wildly to make light trails. Done!
