How many marks would I gain with a E8500?

As the title says, how would many more marks would/could I get over my E7200 @4GHz? I'm tempted to get an E8500 and a board(fsb limit on my board reached) from a member here and bring it to around 4.5-4.6 and leave it there for a while until nehalem gets more mature, but I dont know if or how much the E8500 would really increase my 3dmarks. Also how does cache level affect the scores. Can't get and dont want a quad right now so thats out of the question.

Seeing you have a 3850, I don't think by much... The Wofldales are great for eliminating a CPU bottleneck, as high clocks are good for the single threaded SM2 and SM3 tests. However, that only applies when you have a higher powered graphics card. If you're wondering about the CPU score, a 4-4.5GHz E8500 would be somewhere between 4-4.3K in CPU score.
