Whats the Max safe volt modd on a G4 TI 4600.

depends on your cooling, of course. Not that liquid nitrogen in itself is particularly safe, but if you are doing something like that, I'd imagine that some pretty high voltages are safe compared to your cooling.

As scrllock pointed out, it depends on your cooling, but I suggest that you start at around 1.8V and go up gradually to no more than 2V.
