[Q] Most accurate thermal monitoring softwares?

Hi there :)

I've just received my new rig and I'm searching for the most accurate thermal monitoring software for the following pieces of hardware:

Intel Q9650 E0 SLB8W = CoreTemp? RealTemp? EVEREST?
ASUS Rampage Extreme NB = EVEREST?
ATI HD4870X2 = RivaTuner? GPU-Z?
WD VelociRaptor HDD = EVEREST?

I know the unique way of measuring temperatures accurately is using thermal probes, but is there any software which can do the job for every part of our hardware?

MOBO - Everest , laser thermometer
VGA - Riva Tuner, GPU-Z
HDD - HD Tune Pro , bare hand :hehe:
