nice little unit i sure wish i knew who was making it for them.
not a bad price but frankly still too high.

i think anything over $350 for one of these little toys is too much.

$474 for this is WAYYY too much
you can get the same thing w/ XP for 20 bucks less. WHY ubuntu is FREE.

Depends on the SSD for most people--read/write speeds and sector management or not.

sure you could do an 8gb but good luck storing anything on it. or a 4gb for that matter.
i would be interested to get my hands on the mini XP they are using. if they are using a mini at all....
if they are not kiss that 4gb goodbye, it will use it all.
same thing with ram, anything less than a gig would just slow it down too much.

ACER aspire one aoa150-1006 has a 120gb hard drive for 409
MSI U100-004US has an 80gig for 489

those two listed have card readers the dell doesnt advertsie it but it has a card reader on the left hand front corner.

this opens up your storage options. get a nice fast flash drive and abuse it!

$450 for the top Mini9 is nice. I'd be tempted a few months ago.
