How do I apply settings automatically each time windows bootup using memset?

I hate to necro a 3 year old thread but I am trying to apply DRAM timings using MemSet 4.1 during boot on a laptop running Windows 7 64-bit, but I am having no success. Saving appears successful but config is not restored at next boot.
Any clues what's up?
