Hi I dont think the board will do 500FSB with Quad Core.
For 450FSB...
Can you try:

cpu multiplier 6x
450FSB
ram / FSB ratio 1:4 333
CL7-7-7-21 performance level 7 1T

VTT 1.35v
VNB 1.55v
CPU VCore 1.4v
RAM: 2.0v

Hi there, these are my settings for my 450fsb overclock profile, i have QX9650 with 2x2gb corsair 1600 9-9-9-24 2T 1.8v memory all watercooled (including NB)

Multi 8.5x (3.82ghz)
CPU Mem ratio 1:4 cpu333
cpu volt 1.41v (1.39v actual)
CPU PLL 1.508861v
VTT 1.35v ( = 1.27v actual, according to someone from Anandtech)
CPU GTL's +10 +5 +10 +10
NB volt 1.67v
NB GTL +5 step
DRAM volt 2.02v
memory timings 9-9-9-25 1T, PL7.

That's 24hr+ prime stable, i can boot @ 455+ but getting it prime stable is... perhaps beyond me (or the board).

500fsb! No way, i would say
