Is it just me, or is the forum time about 16 minutes ahead of reality? Right now I see 10:28 on time.gov, but the forum clock is telling me it's 10:44.
Or do we "overclock" everything here at XS? :D

Heh, I noticed this too when I checked the active members list and it told me that someone was last active 10 minutes from now...
Damn, our Xtreme Time Travelling Operation has been discovered!

Is there a reason that the time is ahead? If not, is it extremely difficult to fix? It really isn't a big deal, but you know, for the purposes of consistency maybe.

Its a well known fact that linux boxes run better with the time adjusted slightly in the future.
Up to 25 minutes off now... not to sound unappreciative but it's a bit annoying.
I've noticed this too but never payed it any attention :hehe:
So... it's too much to ask for the correct time on the forum? It's up to 30 minutes off now and when you are checking a thread to see when it's last updated it get's a little confusing.
Didn't think a simple time adjustment would be beyond the capabilities of an Xtreme Sysop. :stick:
 ;) (just :stick:ing a little) ;)

that's because we are ahead of our time here at Xtreme !!!!
 Didn't think of it that way. No wonder I'm lost... I'm usually behind the times.
:am: ;)
