Enough juice in power supply?

Will me 550 watt s12 seasonic power supply (heard its 88% eff?) be enough to run this setup for a log time?

1x 9800gtx+
1x E8600
1x Maximus II Forumula
1x Ddr 2 Dominator

you should be ok - thats a very high quality PSU

With a dualcore only that's probably less than 220w load since the gtx+ drew 265w with a QX9770 in Anandtech's test.
