After 10+ "1 more week" delays, I finally have it almost finished.

This thread/post will be updated with more pics as I finish up wire management and get the last few parts (Waiting on the new Lamptron FC2 fan controller to fix the mess of fan wires at the bottom and the deafening sound caused by all the fans)

I see 3 rads, and place for one in the top ( there 3 fans now but no rad I think, atleast no tubing goes towards it but not sure...

HOLY MOLY!! That is amazing! San Aces, Thermochills, compression fittings, fat tubing, GYNORMiS CASE OH MY!!

That is one amazing cooling setup that will last for years. The UN Designs fan pump bracket is really slick, gives you some more options and retains floor space.

Very nice job.

So many thermochills... :up::up::up:

It was quite funny actually, my first reaction when I saw the very first picture was to laugh :ROTF:

I mean, that setup is just ridiculous (in a good way)

Bravo!

The San Aces. . . .. oh so many. . . it's like walking into a candy store.

Got enough TCs as well?

Good overkill job dude.

You missed the 160.1 [me thinks] next to the mobo brace.

Bahaha I'm still laughing at the 720 rads for a 9800GTX. I just love it. If Nehalem turns out to be a heat demon and the next gen gpus, you'll have the perfect rig. :D

Yes, thats a PA160!

Ahahaha, yea its super overkill for 1 card, plan was to plan ahead for a SLI/Crossfire setup, but now after all the setbacks (this really was originally planned to be done over 3 months ago :ROTF:) im not spending money on the computer parts themselves this close to Nehalem, ill see what im goin card wise after that upgrade :D

 I don't think i've EVER seen so much surface area in a case before. I guess i've never seen a case that big either!:D

I wonder what air-water deltas you're gonna get with that setup...:ROTF:

Im thinking of turning the CPU Res sideways and using a Bitspower Swiveling 90 degree fitting like I did on the GPU loop, their 90 degree fittings arent too restrictive and they just work so well. Will take the sharp bend from the CPU to the res and make it much better since the elbow fitting swivels it can go on an angle up and even allow me to take the CPU block off with the tubes still connected cause it sill move with the block.

Nice build Zaskar, are they selling that un z-bracket?

Very soon. I'm trying to decide whether to make the whole thing or just the fan mount and then you can use my Absolute or 3G with it, all the holes line up. If you look at Absoluteczech worklog you can see a Absolute with the bracket over a fan in a Cosmos S.

Zaskar, are your drain line QDs off the BP rotary 90 degree fittings Koolance brand? Thanks.

Yup, their Koolance, have the female end hooked up to a BP coupling and a standard BP fatboy that I can hook to a drain line. Seems to work pretty good.

Nice rig. Are you running your Sans at 5v, 7v or 12v? Based on your first statement I bet you have them at 12v. I have 13 in my rig, but they are all wired for 5v, so they are not loud at all. I can not imagine how loud it would be if I switched them to 12v.

That's the rig I imagine if someone followed every majority recommendation on these forums...thermochill, san ace, BP rotaries, mountain mods, EK supreme, fat tygon, it's all there. wow...pricey

Those koolance res's you don't see to frequently, tho. I think they're nicely built.

You know I never thought of that. This is the XS rig

EDIT : Any idea how many feet of tubing you went through?

Ok its all been up and running for a week now after having to almost immediately take half the loop apart to replace the 2 day old Koolance Res's thanks to the Rusting Steel Koolance caps, awesome.

Took that chance to add another Bitspower 90 degree rotary fitting to the CPU res which makes the routing much better, no measurable impact on temps.

Finished the wire management a few days ago aswell once the Lamptron Fan-Attic fan controller arrived.

Also replaced that unworthy Q9450 for something more deserving. Got a new Q9650 E0 stepping CPU, which so far seems to be awesome. Passed 20 IntelBurnTest (Linpack) runs at 471FSB making for a 4.23ghz clock at 1.32v Vcore (at load, around 1.38 at idle) and 1.30v FSB. Currently running Prime95, this thing blows that Q9450 away, the core temps are even never more then 1c apart which is a nice change from the Q9450 with its 10-15c variance between cores.

Temps for the CPU at idle are around 32c and under Prime95 load 48-50c. IntelBurnTest/Linpack load is around 57-59c though, was kinda surprised to see that it was almost a 10c difference from Prime95.

The lone unworthy 9800GTX stays at 30c, under full load it can go up to 34c. Got the core clock up to 850 stable with the memory at 2200mhz. Gonna replace that with an SLI setup when the die shrink 280's come out, Its horrible I get like a P8600 Vantage score with a 44477 CPU score :ROTF:

Ill have more pics up tomorrow.
