View Full Version : Voltage readings on the BlackOps?

I was curious to see if anyone was getting strange voltage readings on the BlackOps, because I sure am.

1) vcore reads around .9V, should be at around 1.35V

2) 12V varies wildly under load, ranging from 11.9V to 12.06V. I have DMM'd every rail on the PSU and they all stay rock solid at 12.15V.

I am on P02 BIOS.

Anyone else get the same thing?

i would say try the G30 (latest beta bios) or P05 latest production bios

think these have better reading then p02 that you are using

Yeah ditch that P02 and flash to G30 right away.

Cpu-z still reports wrong vcore though, go with bios or Aegis panel.

cpuz seems completely bamboozled by this board, it reports my DDR slots very very wrong

The voltage error may be due to the 8 phase digital PWM, i think they're trying to fix it.

aegis is correct & speed fan for me
