can someone also please tell me when I want to OC the CPU which frequency should be in normal? I don't want to kill that nice cpu :D I only want to know which frequency are in the good and not in the dangerous area :D

all those boards are good and will give you the same OC since you are planning on an air cooled 24/7 system

all those boards are nice....Gigabyte will probably run a bit cooler but overall very similar in other aspects from what i've seen on forums

good choice of components.....>> maybe look at corsair 4GB kits ...they are sweet too...i tested the PC9136 kits on a bunch of boards and they OC pretty good....i'm not familiar with G.Skill
here is a Dominator kit at similar price

if you really want the best ddr2 board just get the dfi ut p35 its verry cheap now
and its better than any p45 or x48;)
if you wanna play @ 600fsb+ get the Maximus II its rock solid
but if you want the best the dfi ut p35 is it
i was on dfi x38 wich is an excellent board but i went back to my ut p35cause its a few % better but dfi is not n00b freindly it takes time to tweek
i dont overclock my boards till they die but if they are crap they will die 100%
