what are the specs (max flow etc) on this top? Is it on par with the xspc top?

Volute on this top looks pretty good.

WTF is with the other outlet. "Hey let's just destroy flow guys".

WTF you can have inlet and outlet on top?

OMG im gonna have to pick me up one of these guys.

I like those glued metal threads. It makes a feeling of good quality and looks nice.

Looks like they've got the spiral thing happening, which Martin reckoned was good. Interesting, that top outlet has me a bit puzzled though...

I guess these kinds of things are for their legacy customers :D

New Koolance uses nickel [I hope]

I would bet that the dual intakes and dual outlets when used together, Naekuh style, would put the XSPC top to shame. Looks like Koolance has been observing Naekuh lol

This a flow maximizer. Its so versatile. You can even do two parallel loops with one pump, if you want,

Now there's a thinking man!;)

I didn't even notice that.

Heck, you can have redundant pumps on two loops with just three pumps instead of four (provided the other two pumps are DDC 3.1s).

I'm sure the flow rate out the top outlet is slightly reduced compared to the side outlet. Good to have options though.

And when the top outlet and side outlets are co-joined, as with the top inlet and side inlet, you can see that it enhances flow efficiency. Thus, IMO this is likely to be the most powerful pump top.

wait for feser tests, there say theses is best, and that top is the same as there alu version which has been out ages

You said so yourself. That's aluminim, that's why many folks have stayed away. This is an acrylic version 2, whatever that means.

i wound still stay away from koolance :D

why?, i think koolance quality is very good, and they just began to stay away form using aluminium for their new released product.

FESER always says their products are the "best".....
Yeah but when people test them and low and behold they are the best, well I think that's a fair claim.

I like this idea, but why only with DDC 3.1s? Can I not use this layout with whatever other pumps?

Well, I was thinking up a theoretical redundancy pump setup for two loops using only three pumps (instead of the typical four). Given that the DDC3.2 pump would probably be slighly less effective for each loop given the use of two outlets, then the somewhat weakened DDC3.2 pump would probably be a good match for a standalone DDC3.1 pump. As you know, it would be a good idea if the pumps are matched in flow output in a redundancy setup. Again, this is all supposition, and I have never tried this before (naturally) because I don't have one of these Koolance tops yet.

Ditto

looks really nice.
But after using the res/top you can never go back to a top only.
