When I boot up, it says "BIOS ROM Checksum Error" and then something about inserting a floppy to flash the bios. This only happens with one of the sticks. The memory voltage is 1.925v and timings by SPD. I've tried both the 3/11/08 and 5/02/08 bioses. So the obvious conclusion would be that the stick is bad... except that I ran memtest and it passed all tests twice. Any ideas?

How long did you run memtest? I would suggest to let it pass more than twice for example 30 times.

I got myself some new hardware including 2Gb DDR3 memory and ran memtest for 8 hours straight (equals 35 passes) and it gave me some errors on pass 12 and 25.
