Corsair RAM

The Corsair RAM came in a box that was adequately packaged. The RAM upon removal of box looked good. We all know that’s the first part of getting new products is making sure that the product does not come with any visible defects. Since this RAM is from Corsair, I knew it would come with zero defects, and of course it did!

The RAM in the middle of two Corsair packages is needless to say not in use anymore.

SPD timings
The suggested timings for this Corsair RAM is 4-4-4-12. Those timings worked with no problems whatsoever with Vista Ultimate 64-bit.
Conclusions and Final Thoughts
Price 10 out of 10 Frags – For a total of 8 gigs of RAM, that brings the price to $244.00. While that may expensive to some people, it is only 30$ per gigabyte of RAM. You can’t beat that price coupled with the quality of the product.
Performance 9 out of 10 Frags – This RAM performed as expected if not higher than expected. When was the last time any installation went in and performed as smoothly as expected? With Corsair RAM, it did just that.
Stability 10 out of 10 Frags – Rock solid stability, I number crunch for the World Community Grid and this RAM has actually improved my score. Also while gaming in Crysis, this RAM made me appreciate the game to its fullest. I have had zero problems with Corsair RAM while pushing my system to the limit.
Support 10 out of 10 Frags – When getting Corsair RAM, I did not just get good RAM, I also received the stigma and reputation of Corsair Company included. This RAM came along with all their memory products, comes with a lifetime warranty.
Overall Rating- 9.75 frags out of 10
