Third Party User made software are always the best companion when overclocking... For Quantum Force Motheboards these few are really handy:

Crystal CPUID - Especially handy when adjusting multipliers of CPU (You can only adjust to the maximum of the Multiplier you've set in bios for Intel CPUs)
Choose Function, then 'Intel Enhanced Speedstep' or AMD Multiplier if on AMD:

Then just select the Multiplier and it's done:

SetFSB - Adjust FSB for MARS, BlackOps

Download SetFSB here:
http://www13.plala.or.jp/setfsb/

Run it and select Clock Generator : ICS9LPRS918BKL:

Then check the 'Ultra' Box and Click Get FSB. Use arrow keys to pull up or down FSB and select 'Set FSB' to save.

i used to love CrystalPCUID on my amd 939, it totaly replace amd cool n quiet.
