might be powerchips mushkin usin lots of em these days
try gettin a nice 4 gig set instead i seen then as low as 70$

had them for 2 days,that were same blue ics but mine were rated at 4-3-4-10 at 2.0.they would NEVER ever run right espicially at startup with there wierd preprogramed spd settings.always had to use a junk 5-5-5-12 256 stick,get in bios and set to normal timings so my mobos would start them up at first.even then they would ALWAYS error out.never going with mushkin again.
