-Ybris ACS-G

-Swiftech MCW65

:p::p::p::p:

why don't we open a 3d poll for request?

or

No sorry, GPU Block testing isn't something that I'd want to do. Way to much breaking down the cards/blocks and re mounting the different blocks. GPU's can be a lot more fragile than MB's and CPU's. I'd be worried about breaking one of my GTX 280's more than anything else.

Thanks for thinking of me though.

You're definitely on the list of people such as martin ... the.. PM and bug them for info during their private time list... FUN LIST! :up:

I know.. I took advantage of your mind in some threads :rofl:

Completly agree with you. I just send my gtx280 this morning that I broke in testing a lot of time a block with I had bad temperature

mcoffey, have you considred instead of using high-end/expensive video card as your test bed, use a 226w tec plate?
I think that's a nice solution, it will make mounting a lot faster too.

I went with the GFX2 because the EK seems to restrictive to me, fine when using 1 but with 3 EK's in a loop no,no !

We need someone to test GPU blocks. Martin is way too busy right now though.

I would like to know which block performs the best between the fuzion v2, mcw60 v2, and the supreme vga.

I find with Gpu performance that lower C's don't necessarily improve performance, as the cap on gpus is voltage.
So go with the one with better flow. Sorry to be a kermugin. lol

I think he's still asking for others to do it Andy.

Yea, I don't have nearly enough money for all the blocks and testing equipment :eek:

Exactly, it's pretty much pointless to temp test GPU blocks because they all do their job extremely well. Combine that with the fact that GPU's are made a lot tougher (able to withstand higher temps) than CPU's and it becomes moot. Flow testing on the other hand would be a valuable test for GPU blocks.
