680a motherboard

I have a 680a motherboard (ASUS L1-N64-SLI WS/B) and would like to retrofit their nasty, noisy heatpipe/fan chipset cooler with a TEC module. I need to know the maximum power dissipation of the 680a to properly size the TEC. Note: The 680a chipset is actually TWO 570SLI chips.
