It seems to be a one slot solution. Great! No indication if aluminium, tubing or fittings though...

from Press Release:
"When used as part of a Radeon HD 4870 X2 Crossfire configuration, the LCLC product consumes only two of the four slots normally used, freeing up two slots for other configuration upgrades. End users now have additional configuration flexibility."

Not much info on their site yet...

I saw this today. Looks like the rest of their blocks; fixed fittings? Just wait a few weeks and im sure EK will have some FC blocks ready.

The power sockets layout shows itīs not a HD4870X2, Or maybe am blind.

Yeah you are right Shocker003, my guess is its just the wrong pic!

Cant wait to get my hands on that EK block though! Are they restrictive normally!?

Has to be the sexiest of all EK blocks I've seen to date :) Makes me want to buy a 4870X2 ;)
