Hi

I have a some failing corsair TWIN2X2048-5400C4 memory.

I have run memtest on each stick. One stick fails in all four memory slots, the other stick passess all tests in all four memory slots.

I need to RMA but the memory is over 12 months old. Can I RMA to ebuyer or do I have to send it to Corsair?

Also - do I send back both sticks or just the failing one?

Ebay sellers don't typically handle RMAs. Especially not when its a computer part such as this and after a year. Corsair will take care of you. Get all the information you need from the sticks and fill out the RMA form. If the sticks came together you need to send them in together.
