Um...they really suck? :)

Just kidding, man. Though "criticize" essentially means "say something negative about". You meant "critique".

The photos look good to me, but I know little about photography...

Hee hee cool...I hoped you wouldn't take that the wrong way; just trying to help. I'm in no position to critique photography but I can (overly-worded) English. ;)

I really like the location too, for the historical aspect.

No problem ;)

RAF left in late 90's iirc. Now its used as a civil airport. It's quiet interesting as the area contains old housing areas, cinema, old church, supermarket, schools, swimming pool, lots of bunkers etc.

I like 2 and 4, 2 works because of the selected coloring, and 4 is good because it really captures the gritty detail... good subject matter.

what about 1 and 3, do you just dont like them or would you have done something in a different way?

I like that cinema one too. 1 and 3, they just kinda look like snapshot-type photos; they have to meaning.

4 is pretty nice. As the others have said, there has to be something going on for photo to be interesting. 1&3 are snapshot quality and imho color selection like #2 should be a technique left to amateurs. I thought it was cool when I first started learning about photography but I think it's cheesy now, but to each their own. Keep shooting.

If you had some proper lighting in that cinema you could come away with some good shots.
