Does anyone have pictures of the G92 unisink? I'd like details of the bottom part that actually makes contact with the card along with installed pics please.

Thanks :)

I'm gonna rip it off the 8800GTS G92 tonight, stock cooling goes back on, I'm selling this card cause I got a GTX280 now :D
I'll make pics for you :)

Awesome, thank you Garrett.

As promised
As you can see I drilled out the holes around the core, I used an MCW60 with it instead of the FuZion GFX :)
I hope this helps :)
some areas seem darker but that's where the thermal pads have been, contact seems very good overall :)

Just what I was looking for, thanks again!

May I ask how you modded it to fit it with the mcw60?

Sick? lol :D what's sick about it?

Oh I drilled out 4 holes, clearly visible, that's how I mounted the MCW60 block, I used 25mm long M2.5 screws :)
Here's how my setup was roughly a month ago... and no it's not Feser coolant, just premixed and ready to use car coolant :D

Are the thermal pads included with the unisink or did you get them from the stock cooler?

I'm guessing you used the mcw60 with the G80 adapter plate, yes? Also, what sized drill bit did you use to drill that out?

Sorry for all the questions :p

Black ftw indeed... matte black OCZ XTC memory cooler ftw too :D

Anyway Gir92, pads are included with the sink, not shown in the picture though :)
The G80 adapter plate is NOT needed since the MCW60 holes match perfectly with a G92 card, therefore I drilled the holes a little bigger using a 2.5mm drillbit, and wiggled it around a little more, so it's probably more like 3.0mm than 2.5mm :p:
No worries, just ask away if you want to know anything.

Now I have a question for RRR... wtf is all this grinchville blingville crap you guys are spamming around??

I noticed that you had the mcw60 mounted sideways. Is there enough clearance for the barbs to do a normal mount with the unisink?

Not quite, I filed off like 2mm of some fins... not noticable in the pics though :p:
I used a marker to "paint" the filed off fins black again instead of the grey alu

PS RRR yes you are spamming :p: (j/k)

Either BLACK or RED, is the only way to go.............

Wow a statement that I can finally agree with from RealRedRaider.

LOL I don't think THAT would fit now would it?
I'd need the new Unisink, this one:

I'm gonna order it when it's available in Europe :)

Got my unisink last week and after an hour or so of painfully annoying drilling and metal filing, I got it to fit. I must say that it cools a lot better than individual ramsinks on the vram and vrms, and it looks a lot sexier as well.

Thanks for all the help Garrett :)

No problem man... oh did you edit your post to spell my name correctly?
The mail said "Garret" ;)
What block is on the gpu itself? the MCW60 I guess?
And I would at least expect some pics of course :D

Yes I did :D I accidentally left out a t.

And yes, it's an MCW60.

Other item on the to do list. Save up enough money to buy pre colored tubing for the GPU loop. You can see in one of the pictures that I had enough for the CPU loop, but not enough extra to do the gpu loop. The stuff is 2 bucks a foot :(

Hmm just a matter of taste I guess... the dark blue looks fugly to me, maybe it looks nice with some UV lighting but under normal lighting no... ;)
