First I don't have intention to create a worklog for these project, But I realize I should share the idea so Other could learn
and also to gain so room for improvement of design.
Here it is my rocketfish came around 2nd week of july
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_1532.jpg
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_1531.jpg
Disassembled:
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_1533.jpg
first mod was the top panel
:to created a blowhole for triple radiator
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_1535.jpg
I used aluminum tape to protect the surface during cutting
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_1535.jpg
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_1536.jpg
the result was not good enough:(

next mod I did was the side panel
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/lian%20li%20project/IMG_1585.jpg
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/lian%20li%20project/IMG_1588.jpg

Tried to fit the side panel
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0214.jpg
then I make the divider to separate the lower part
its very hard to find aluminum sheet here in UAE so I have to use a thin GI sheet
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0211.jpg
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0364.jpg
another part of the design is to fit a 480's raditor on the lower part
to do this I must flipped the psu(same in the dual psu design).
so I enlarged the the psu slot
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0159.jpg

I'll use my new asus striker formula which I got from rma replacement of striker xtreme
so I tried to hooked it up on air only the cpu dipped in water
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0204.jpg
@ first i used my lapped e6600 and two 9800 gtx
too bad after working 12 hrs sli stopped working and I found out 2nd card are having artifacts
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0210.jpg
so I registered the card and claim for an RMA on EVGA.com and I found out their customer support suxxxxxxx!!!
they did not accept my rma application just because the card is bought in ebay.
another lemon on the run

So I have to accept it
that I bought a wrong brand of cards
Shame to EVGA
I installed the MOtherboard block set and have it leak tested
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0155.jpg
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0156.jpg
after leak test I laid the parts and think their arrangements
until now Im still thinking how I can show up those raptor x I like to see them in action on the window panel
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0381.jpg
divider also pre installed

I tried also the mcw6500 with meanwell 320 but it consumes a hell of electricity. I still prefer dtek or ek supreme
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0406.jpg
Back to the case
I cut a slot on the motherboard tray for wire management
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0701.jpg
also the divider was cut for the radiator and air vent on the top
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0704.jpg
480's and psu pre installed
2 ek 150 res was hold down by velcro tie down
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/lian%20li%20project/Picture010.jpg
installed a thermo sensor on ek res

Looks fantastic! Sorry to hear about your ebay/evga experience. Your attention to detail and planning are inspiring. Keep it up! I bet it took a ton of patience to get all that gear out there.

I think he has a bracket for it after enlarging the slot and was just demonstrating clearance/layout. His pic:

top notch! project :D i hope your still planning on reducing the corners on your side panel. the cut looks great already. but a smaller corner radius will definitely match the overall look of the case.
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_0214.jpg
Man... i wish i could get my hands on a Rocketfish case.
Since u had to remove 1 fan u can make some kind of duct and let the psu suck air through the rad.

http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/TOW.jpg
but before I did that I faced this issue
I bought a koolance sli single slot connector and found this
http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z173/rider_2hip/IMG_1358-1.jpg
The connector is too long for a pair of EK block :(
I wish i had enough time for this
